He did an excellent job with hardly any pain. Dr. Cillo and his staff were very kind to George, and he would highly recommend Dr. Cillo for oral surgery.

Oh my goodness! Let me just say"awesome". This staff is the very best! Kudos to you all for great customer service and empathy. From beginning to end they were a delight and not one encounter was off. I know we all have bad days, however when your in this type of setting you need to have empathy. I'm sure if everyone had a choice, getting a tooth/teeth pulled would be the last thing! I had to get two pulled today and was a little nervous of course. I've never had an assistant so thorough neither, Miralee didn't miss a beat and it was clear that she's passionate about her work. Dr. Cillo explained what was going on while he was working, which was very helpful.They also didn't make you feel bad when you decline recommended services. I didn't feel like a number or that it was all about my insurance! Lots of places do that now. Hello, I'm a person with feelings and would like to feel RESPECTED. This office makes you feel that.
