After reading a few negative reviews about the scheduling staff being rude, I was hesitant to give this office a try. While I do agree that the scheduler is not the most jolly human being ever (not even in the slightest 😬), she was thorough with what needed done prior to my appointment. The rest of the staff are phenomenal. 👏🏻P-H-E-N-O-M-E-N-A-L👏🏻 Dental assistant, an absolute delight! She answered all of my questions. The discharge staff at the end of my visit, super sweet. Dr. Dalton is very personable and explains everything in laymen's terms so that there's an impossibility of miscommunication. Everything is explained, no surprises. I did appreciate Dr. Dalton's guided breathing exercises while he yanked my nemesis tooth out of my life. Definitely recommend the Mt. Lebanon office and Dr. Dalton's team. They even gave me a few cards of general dentists who they recommend

Dr Dalton has been my oral surgeon for almost three years now, and I have nothing but good things to say about him. I’ve required several extractions and placements of dental implants. I had complete confidence in Dr Dalton from the first visit. He explained everything very well, cared about my comfort throughout my procedures, and worked competently. I have complete faith and confidence in him. His assistants and office staff have always been kind as well. They have all helped to make my experience a good one.
