Such exceptional care! Dr. Godwin and his staff were so accommodating with my need to reschedule several times due to other health issues. Dr. Godwin talked me through every step of my procedure explaining what was happening and taking great care to ensure my comfort. My appointment was at 1:30 and I was leaving the office before 2:00! The entire staff is so professional, friendly, and efficient. Would highly recommend!

After my procedure on a Friday @ 12:30 I was told a prescription for pain meds along with an antibiotic would be sent to my pharmacy. Never received the prescription for the pain meds. Tried to call the office multiple times beyween 2:00 and 3:00 and only got voice mail. Left a message and didn't receive a return phone call on Friday. Phones then shut off at 3:00 even though on line shows office hours until 4:00. Phone call was returned Monday morning and I expressed my frustration and explained the worry of not having potentially necessary pain meds was stressful.
