Dr. Cillo and staff have been an absolute pleasure to work with. I've had extractions and implants with no complications. Love his down to earth and no nonsense attitude. Thank you Dr. Cillo and staff!

After my procedure on a Friday @ 12:30 I was told a prescription for pain meds along with an antibiotic would be sent to my pharmacy. Never received the prescription for the pain meds. Tried to call the office multiple times beyween 2:00 and 3:00 and only got voice mail. Left a message and didn't receive a return phone call on Friday. Phones then shut off at 3:00 even though on line shows office hours until 4:00. Phone call was returned Monday morning and I expressed my frustration and explained the worry of not having potentially necessary pain meds was stressful.
