My husband, George, had very bad pain In several teeth so I called Dr. Cillo’s office. He was told to come in that same afternoon, and Dr. Cillo performed several extractions for him. He did an excellent job with hardly any pain. Dr. Cillo and his staff were very kind to George, and he would highly recommend Dr. Cillo for oral surgery.

Oh my goodness! Let me just say"awesome". This staff is the very best! Kudos to you all for great customer service and empathy. From beginning to end they were a delight and not one encounter was off. I know we all have bad days, however when your in this type of setting you need to have empathy. I'm sure if everyone had a choice, getting a tooth/teeth pulled would be the last thing! I had to get two pulled today and was a little nervous of course. I've never had an assistant so thorough neither, Miralee didn't miss a beat and it was clear that she's passionate about her work. Dr. Cillo explained what was going on while he was working, which was very helpful.They also didn't make you feel bad when you decline recommended services. I didn't feel like a number or that it was all about my insurance! Lots of places do that now. Hello, I'm a person with feelings and would like to feel RESPECTED. This office makes you feel that. If you need to have oral surgery, go here!!!!! I cannot say enough good things about everyone from the front desk staff, to the nurses and techs in the back and the doctors. I unfortunately, had to have all of my upper teeth extracted this morning. The hysterical crying on my part started in the waiting room as I thought of the impending doom that was about to happen. As they took me back, the crying continued and the staff could not have been more accommodating and reassuring. They were so patient, kind and talked me through each step. I'm now only 6 hours post op and while I would be lying to say I feel "great", I feel 100% better than I ever thought I would. I slept a bit this afternoon but honestly, I've been up and moving around-barely sore at all. This office is absolutely phenomenal.
