I received excellent care from both the staff and my doctor. They were both efficient and caring. I had two implants and one failed in about a year. I understand that an implant failure most likely has nothing to do with the implant procedure. I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 for their policy of having to pay from scratch for a new implant when I understand that other practices will replace an implant until it takes. Update: I either misunderstood or they changed their policy because today they offered to replace the failed implant at no cost which deserves a fifth star.

This was my second experience with Dr. Cillo. He did a wonderful job with my upper jaw surgery. This time was my lower jaw. I am absolutely ecstatic with the results and healing process. Dr. Cillo was very detailed with the every step that would happen. Great bedside manner. Highly recommend for any jaw surgery.

Dr. Dalton was professional, helpful, and a great surgeon. I recently had my four wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Dalton, and he was great! I was comfortable being in his care, and the entire process went well. I had a few common post-op issues, and his office team was readily available to assist me. I highly recommend Dr. Dalton and his team!
