I went to Allegheny Oral Surgery because I had a tooth giving me trouble for a long time and I wanted to replace it with an implant. Over a period of time, Dr. Cilla pulled the tooth, put in the implant, and capped it off so it's now ready for my dentist to make a prosthetic tooth. I honestly experienced no pain. This is a very pleasant, efficient office; everyone there is helpful and competent.
