Organized and pleasant staff

Apparently, after reading some of the past Google reviews, Im not the only one that has bad experiences with the rude and unprofessional staff at this company. Rhonda directly told me that she had more important people to get to before me, when I asked why it took her 2.5 weeks to get back to me with billing estimates when she initially told me that I would have the estimate info from her in the next two days when leaving my appointment. Like, who says anything like that to a client? Additionally, when I went in for my initial appointment which was only supposed to be an evaluation, Dr Daultons assistant was noticeably unhappy that I wasnt willing to go forward with a tooth extraction and immediate implant that morning. She reacted like, I was inconveniencing her for not wanting to get a tooth pulled and implant at a moments notice, when I had other work obligations scheduled for later that day. Furthermore, my referring dentist sent my current Xrays over but please be aware they will still looked to get you to pay for additional Xrays, CTs, etc.. I was able to get charges reversed with the billing department, but Im sure many people just let them have their way to collect their monies. In closing, if you are looking for a friendly and professional oral surgeon, this is certainly not the right place for you! There are many other facilities in town that will value your business and treat you with respect and courtesy. Avoid this place, youll certainly be better served elsewhere!

Dr. Cillo and the staff were very professional, informative, and courteous. Made a painful situation, molar extraction, a more comfortable experience. Fully discussed my options and clearly itemized the costs. Highly recommend.

The staff was very professional as soon as I entered the office. Dr. Barbosa and his assistant, sorry I forget her name, they were excellent. I would definitely recommend this practice.
